Diagnostic X-Rays

In order to assist our physicians in forming a diagnostic and treatment plan x-rays (radiographs) are often taken during your clinic visit. X-rays are also used to provide follow-up information to our physicians about your response to therapy such as fracture healing whether they are treated non-operatively or surgically.

Our experienced x-ray technicians will assist you during your x-ray series, giving you instructions on positioning, answering your questions and providing you with a comfortable and respectful environment. Should you have any additional questions during the procedure please feel free to ask your radiology technician.

While x-rays help our physicians diagnose your condition and institute an appropriate treatment plan this is not always the case.  If there is any question then advanced diagnostic imaging techniques may subsequently be ordered by your physician. These techniques include computed tomography (CT) scans, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).  Should an MRI be required this is performed in our state of the art Open MRI.

We look forward to serving you. To make an appointment with one of our specialists please call (708) 237-7200
